Actively seeking full-time Manufacturing Engineer/Process Engineer role I am a Mechanical Engineer and Process Analyst with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and research. Currently pursuing an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Idaho State University, working on experimental and computational research in plasma surface treatment and clean fuel plasma combustion.Previously, at British American Tobacco, I worked as a Utilities Process Analyst, where I led continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability of utility and manufacturing systems. I delivered measurable results, including reducing equipment downtime, improving energy and water efficiency, and contributing to cost savings through Kaizen, preventive and autonomous maintenance development, and root cause analysis.
