At TBI Content Studio, I lead end-to-end creative video production for our national and global partner clients, overseeing the complete journey from strategic ideation to high-quality final delivery.Key Responsibilities- Leading and managing full-cycle production of brand films, documentaries, promos, podcasts, ads, reels and performance-driven video assets-ensuring each deliverable aligns with brand objectives, audience insights, and platform-specific best practices- Owning the complete creative pipeline, driving ideation, script development, storyboarding, visual treatments, and aesthetic direction, while ensuring a high level of narrative clarity and visual craftsmanship across all content- Collaborating and on-boarding talented team of DOPs, VO artists, designer, editors, animators and external production partners and agencies to translate briefs into compelling creative concepts and high-impact executions- Directing and producing on ground shoots for brand partners and overseeing logistics, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure seamless operations within defined timelines and budgets to maintain the P&L graph- Supervising and refining post-production workflows, including editing, sound design, colour grading, motion graphics, and finishing-maintaining a cohesive visual language, brand consistency, and high production quality across formats- Leading structured client briefings to establish absolute clarity on objectives, messaging, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring aligned expectations and a unified creative direction before production begins.
