Applied incident handling process including preparation, identification, containing, eradication, and recovery to protect agency environment and facilitate impact analysis, issue resolution and remediation. Followed up with the incident response team and concerned teams for remediation and closure of escalated incidents. Assisted with the creation of the daily SOC report and the brief of customers, as necessary. Assisted in the preparation of security operation handbook. Weekly walk-through of latest attack trends, IOC\'s and TTP\'s with team members.
