A member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) serving as the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command’s (NAVFAC) Chief Engineer. He is the senior technical advisor for the NAVFAC Commander and serves as the final technical authority in eight facilities technical domains: ocean, shore, real estate, environmental compliance/clean-up, weight handling and expeditionary equipment, facility control systems, and non-tactical vehicles. As NAVFAC\'s Director of Planning, Design and Construction, he leads the Department of Navy Military Construction Program, as well as the Restoration and Modernization, Medical Facilities, Ocean Facilities, and Petroleum Oil and Lubricants infrastructure Programs with over $38 billion of projects in execution. He leads the Facilities Engineering Career field, and nearly 4500 engineering professionals delivering over $12 billion per year in planning, design and construction for the Navy, Marine Corps, and other Federal agencies worldwide.
