As a Business Management Intern at Takshashila Consulting, I learn and apply consulting skills in real-case scenarios under the TKC ThinkTank Program. I work with various teams and clients to analyze problems, conduct research, and provide solutions. I also leverage my digital marketing and social media management skills to support different brands and organizations. One of my recent projects was managing the social media accounts of two non-profit brands backed by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and TATA Trusts, in collaboration with Small Brand Big Brand. I coordinated with the team and used programs like Trello and Hootsuite to schedule posts, worked on user-generated content strategies that generated over 35k views, and created the brand\'s social media calendar and analytics data every month. I also helped build CUR8\'s value and reach among top recruiters and campuses by developing engaging content and marketing techniques to acquire, retain, and coach candidates. I am pursuing an MBA degree at IIM Ranchi, with an expected graduation date of April 2024. I have a science background, with an MS in Applied Physics from NIT Jamshedpur and a summer internship at IIT Kharagpur.
