I’m an Operations Manager at Speedy Freight, currently leading our Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich and Cambridge branches. My role spans everything from strategic planning to frontline problem-solving — making sure every delivery hits the mark, every time.Over the years, I’ve built and led teams that consistently deliver on tight deadlines, maintain 99%+ on-time performance, and support some of the UK’s most time-sensitive industries — from healthcare to manufacturing. I’m hands-on by nature, data-driven in decision-making, and focused on continuous improvement across people, processes, and service.I get a buzz from solving logistics challenges others shy away from. Whether it’s a last-minute same-day delivery or managing multi-site operations, I thrive in high-pressure environments where responsiveness and reliability are key.Outside of work, I’m all about balance.
