Established 1986.As a purchasing coordinator my role involves• Raising Purchase Orders with suppliers for parts and material• Working alongside estimations team to ensure quotations are accurate and in line with current supplier costs• Reviewing and approving CAD drawings/spec sheets • Liaising with suppliers to confirm proof of deliveries, lead times and costs via email and phone• Assisting the warehouse and stores in maintaining stock levels and stock orders• Working alongside key accounts department on project works, providing direct updates to Clients• Processing returns to suppliers • Packing and shipping parts to Clients from warehouse
