As a principal engineer, I led multiple initiatives in Azure IoT. Currently working on building new features for Azure IoT Operations using Rust/Kubernetes that are intended to be launched at Microsoft Ignite, 2025.Previously, I drove a cross-cutting initiative with multiple teams spanning Azure IoT, Azure Arc, and Azure Monitor to standardize observability using Open Telemetry for a new product called Azure IoT Operations (AIO). AIO is a Rust/Kubernetes/Azure Arc extension and successfully launched as a GA product at Microsoft 2024 Ignite.In 2023, I led the implementation of Layered Network Management (LNM) to support AIO public preview to be deployed onto hierarchical network topologies based on Purdue architecture. LNM was implemented as a Rust/Kubernetes/Azure Arc extension and launched in public preview in Microsoft 2023 Ignite as a component of Azure IoT Operations.
