PI: Dr. Manoj Bhasin• Executing scRNA-seq analysis of PBMCs from 10 prostate cancer (CaP) patients to investigate the systemic effects of GnRHa treatment, exploring its role in cardiotoxicity and its association with adverse inflammatory and immunomodulatory changes• Driving the integration of an optimized transcriptomic meta-analysis pipeline to harmonize 50+ microarray, bulk and scRNA-seq datasets from multiple studies, enhancing insights into the molecular landscape of cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) for biomarker probes• Leveraging High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters for optimized scRNA-seq analysis using Seurat, while managing computational environments and performing functional enrichment analysis (GSEA) on large gene sets and pathway databases with advanced enrichment tools and techniques• Contributed to a research funding grant proposal by conducting pilot analyses for an in-house project focused on biomarker discovery and spatial omics studies in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (eCCA).• Engage in bi-weekly collaborative meetings with clinicians and researchers from Emory University School of Medicine and Winship Cancer Institute to present progress, discuss results, and strategize innovative solutions for ongoing research projects.
