NCAA and other potential vehicles for pursuing his rights under the Sherman Act and other claims;o represent and advise an NCAA NIL management and investment platform regarding evolving state laws and expanding opportunities;o obtain early dismissal for an NCAA member institution from a federal case involving NCAA football; o advise NCAA member institutions on the impact of Students for Fair Admission, Inc. v. Harvard College, No. 20-1199, Title IX, NCAA NIL rules, and other state and federal laws and regulations;o serve as lead outside counsel to an international aerospace company, providing advice on cybersecurity, privacy, government contracts, ITAR/EAR, compliance with United States and EU employment and anti-discrimination laws, and drafting and revising company policies and other documents;o serve as lead counsel in a multi-agency federal investigation seeking pre-indictment resolution;o serve as lead counsel representing a witness in a federal campaign finance investigation in S.D.N.Y;o serve as co-counsel in David Meehan v. State of New Hampshire, No. (Sup. Ct), securing the largest contested verdict against the State,$38 million, for our client who was raped, beaten, and mentally and emotionally abused as a minor while in State custody and care;o serve as co-counsel in Mejia v. Edelblut, No. 21-cv-01077 (D.N.H.)(challenging banned concepts act).
