ABOUT SANA AHSAN
I am an Infection Prevention and Control Professional with a MPH in IPAC and experience in both acute and long term care as well as other congregate living settings. I co-led the implementation of the UTI management program at Humber River Health’s IPAC Hub to improve health outcomes for residents in over 15 long term care facilities. I provided cross-site IPAC surveillance and education to several inpatient and outpatient units in acute care and rehab care. In the future, I would like to continue to help protect our most vulnerable populations, as well as educate and support other aspiring professionals and organizations to do the same.
