About Ryu Huynh-Aoyama
Hello there, my name is Ryu Huynh-Aoyama, and I am a Honors OIM and HTM Dual Degree Major at the Isenberg School of Management. Over the last few years I have been involved in the toy industry through conventions and other events, and as a result I have developed an interest in conventions and the toy industry. Through my coursework, I have become familiar with project management, human resources, operations, and marketing skills. I am also a certified MA Real Estate salesperson and fluent in Japanese. I am an effective team leader who knows how to best allocate resources and people on the right tasks to reach optimal efficiency. I am most interested in developing new methods and operations for larger companies who handle a high number of staff because of my specialized skills in resource management. Long-term, I see myself continuing in the toy/entertainment sector, but also in the hospitality industry as a supplier.
