Over 20 years experience in project management of multiple telecommunication and Information Technology (IT) projects for the US DoD and military including several years in the commercial market. Over my career I have project managed and lead a teams to deveolp, build and maintain computer systems and networks, provide logistics support, electronic maintenance, maintenance management, installation, and training of complex special purpose electronic warfare and intelligence and IT systems information systems, as well as complex receiving, demultiplexing, recording, and active ECM (jamming) systems. Proven abilities in planning, executing and implementating support for telecommunications projects either radio or tresterial cable systems including maintenance programs supporting US DoD and intelligence programs. Experienced in planning, development, revision, and delivery of training documentation, training course development, and instruction. Systems and missions at many of the locations listed in my work experience were classified and cannot be described completely. In general, I have worked mainly within Defense Information Systems Agency, SIGINT and counterdrug communities supporting command and control systems and their peripheral systems and equipment; equipment with a wide frequency range encompassing nearly the complete electromagnetic spectrum used for voice, non-voice communications, instrumentation signaling. These systems collected significantly large sections of the electromagnetic environment for research and analysis. This includes most forms of electronic communication, radio communications (VLF, LF, HF, VHF, UHF, SHF), electro-optical, acoustical sensors, signal interception, and systems that collected, stored, processed, analyzed and disseminated data and information. I hold a current General Radio Telephone Certificate (license number PG-1-17649) issued by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
