   I lead the Field Support Analytics team, delivering insights that drive performance across expert repair teams and our third party service network partners. My team builds dashboards, tools, and reporting that highlight program health, flag issues early, and help leaders make smarter, faster decisions.One of our key focuses is helping build an AI-ready data foundation. We’re curating governed, context-rich datasets for future generative AI use, with feedback loops, stakeholder input, and clear content rules built in. The goal is to make AI outputs accurate, trustworthy, and useful across the business.I also lead training and mentoring for analysts and business users. That includes building learning resources, guiding analysis, and helping teammates grow into strategic thinkers. I’ve helped scale skills across the org and improve the quality of insights at every level.On the tech side, I work across Asurion’s AWS/ Fabric big data ecosystem, using data to surface trends, catch anomalies, and drive action. Partnering with teams across the business, I’ve led many projects over the years that reduced unnecessary replacements, lowered claims costs, and improved on-time arrival for repair techs. We have built automated scorecards that deliver performance observations to all of our external partners and have streamlined several dashboards that advise leadership about the performance of its workforce.
