Hey there, I\'m Rynelle!I started out as a mental health psychologist and over the last 7 years, I’ve designed people-first solutions, wellbeing programs, and worked with leaders to make workplaces more human without losing sight of business goals.A simple \'hey, all good?\', a fair policy, and a manager who listens, actually changed the way someone experiences work. As a Founding Member of the Good Wave Foundation® & Scatter\'s People & Culture Partner, I\'ve had a front row seat when it comes to what works,(and what doesn’t) especially when building something from the ground up. For instance, some staffing plans looked perfect on paper, but actually crumbled in reality. Some \'employee feedback\' surveys never did much, because most people appreciated just talking openly about what they need. My biggest takeaway is this - The pace of work won’t exactly slow down, but how human resource teams hold space for people can make all the difference. Currently, my work sits at the crossroads of people, culture & mental health. If you’re someone who believes in building a workplace with these three at the heart of it all, I’d love to talk to you. When I\'m off the clock, you can find me cooking up a storm or playing a one-sided game of fetch with my dogs. They tend to pop in sometimes on work calls too, what can I say?
