As Director of Engineering at Tupelo Raycom, I\'m responsible for managing our engineering and operations staff, maintaining, improving, and leading the design of our expanding mobile units, flight packs, and associated equipment. I lead our technical teams in the field on a select few large scale events as our Tech Manager, and am responsible for the end to end technical and logistic setup of these shows.I manage our IT systems, logistics for all our equipment, led our building remodel and expansion last summer, and work with our EVP on new capital purchases and expanding our technical capabilities. I have direct responsibilities over our Capex purchases and engineering budgets, as well as show budgets, the entire engineering department and other financial requirements on a day to day basis.
