I co-managed a team of 25 moderators with 12 direct reports, served as an escalation path for urgent and high-risk issues, led hiring and training, and collaborated cross-team on the development of moderation tools that balanced safety with creative freedom.Previously, I worked at Treehouse as a Content & Community Marketing Specialist, driving brand awareness and site traffic through social media, content strategy, and community engagement. I managed our brand voice and improved key social metrics including followers, clicks, and engagement by optimizing content output and messaging.I also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Treehouse, providing executive-level support and project management across a wide range of initiatives tied to the health and growth of the business.
