About Rylie Davis
I am currently a senior at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am working toward business degrees in both Finance and Marketing with a dual collateral in Leadership, and I am seeking a full-time position following my graduation in May 2024. I have always been extremely goal driven, and one of my greatest strengths is achieving goals in a timely, organized, and precise manner. In my current roles as a Financial Planning and Analysis Intern at Pilot Company and as a Dillard’s Campus Ambassador, I am able to utilize these skills to surpass deadlines and expectations while simultaneously balancing being a full-time student that is very involved in extracurriculars on campus. Additionally, I value building strong relationships with those around me to create a collaborative and cohesive environment. My experience as a dance teacher, as well as my current role as a member in both the Delta Zeta Sorority and Women of Haslam organization have helped me to enhance this skill. I thrive in situations where those around me have high expectations for me to succeed and believe in my ability to do so. I have always been a very disciplined and determined individual, which stems from background of being a competitive dancer for over 15 years. I never shy away from a challenge. I am very interested in the ideas of collaborating with others as well as problem-solving. My experience in competing in and winning 1st place in the 2022 Caterpillar Case Competition helped me to refine these skills. In the competition, my team and I created a winning solution to a current business problem facing the company.
