Monthly Physical and Financial Closures for projects on Firm’s multiple sites throughout North America, reconciling general ledger accounts and handling balance sheet reconciliations. • Assist clients in evaluating potential opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring deals, and negotiating terms to maximize value and achieve strategic objectives for the Firm and the client. • Play a critical role in providing valuable insights, analysis, and market intelligence to clients & internal stakeholders by analyzing companies, industries, and economic trends to generate research reports and provide well researched recommendations. • Responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the Firm’s activities, especially in the Investment Banking and Public Affairs spaces. • Ensure the Firm’s financial stability by monitoring market, credit, & operational risks while also ensuring the Firm is adhering to regulatory and legal requirements. • Develop risk management strategies, establish risk limits, implement risk models and frameworks, and work closely with other divisions and stakeholders within the Firm to promote risk-aware decision making. • Ensure efficient execution of transactions by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of trades, handling documentation and compliance requirements, and maintaining robust systems of infrastructure to support the Firm’s multiple activities. • Designing and enhancing processes to provide improved workflow and streamline tasks within Citi Realty Services, Risk, Governance, Regulatory Reporting, Project Management, and Legal • Participate in executional excellence, ensuring successful delivery of regulatory compliance. • Extensive partnership with Legal and Compliance, Product and Investment teams, Operations, Technology, and other functional groups on key projects, from rule interpretation to implementation.
