After over a decade as a special education teacher, including helping young adults transition into working life through interview preparation, resume writing, and more, I draw on my educational experience to build personal connections with clients and candidates to find the best fit for both.It was a passion for learning that led me to pursue a career in education, and that passion continues to fuel my work as a search consultant. Through research and comprehensive vetting, I combine knowledge and expertise to develop creative solutions to fill client recruitment projects. I also create connections that enable clients to find the best candidates and candidates to find the best opportunities. I continue helping candidates succeed by acting as their manager and go-to resource throughout their entire engagement.
