About Ryan Zatman

My goal is to graduate from Indiana University with a Business Management degree and accept a position in the business field. I will achieve this goal by implementing and utilizing the various skills that I have developed during my previous and current experiences. An additional goal of mine is to become successful within the career I pursue. I will be able to meet this head on with the use of several important skills that I possess. One skill in particular that I have is being adaptable. My adaptability has been developed predominantly through my past summer job experiences. My jobs had little to no training, I was essentially thrown into a hands-on learning environment in several instances. I was able to not only adapt to the work environment, but also thrive at all my job situations. I value volunteerism greatly, and have volunteered my time working with the elderly and youth with special needs. This work has familiarized me with needs and opportunities within my community and enabled me to learn how to help others. My dependability has been in asset in many situations. I show dedication and can be relied upon. I have developed this skill through my many years playing ice hockey and lacrosse which are both sports that require teamwork and good sportsmanship.
