He previously served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Breakwater Energy Partners for 4 years prior to selling the company to Select. Ryan has 19+ years of business experience including over 5 years of “Big Four” experience with Deloitte’s Audit Enterprise Risk Services group.Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Information Systems Audit and Controls Association (ISACA), and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Ryan graduated from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill - Kenan-Flagler Business School with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Accounting degree.

The company operates through three segments: Water Services, Water Infrastructure, and Oilfield Chemicals. The Water Services segment provides water-related services, including water transfer, flow back and well testing, water containment, fluids hauling, water monitoring, and water network automation; technology solutions comprising hydrographic mapping, water volume and quality monitoring, remote pit and tank monitoring, leak detection, asset and fuel tracking, and automated-equipment services, as well as various on-site rental equipment and workforce accommodation services.
