As Manager of Handicapping Education and Engagement at the USGA, I have the exciting opportunity to educate and inspire golfers, clubs, and associations around the world about the World Handicap System™ (WHS). My work focuses on creating engaging content, delivering impactful training, and developing strategic outreach campaigns that deepen golfer understanding, boost user engagement, and expand access to Handicap Index®.I hold a BS in Marketing from Castleton University, where I developed a strong foundation in strategic planning, communication, and brand engagement. Prior to joining the USGA, I applied these skills across a range of industries—including healthcare, accounting and finance, and apparel—working with Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Rutland Regional Medical Center, and Bad Birdie.
