I’m not just a lobbyist—I’m a strategist, connector, and cultural translator between government, business, labor, and nonprofit communities.As President of Pac/West Lobby Group, I lead a team that blends lobbying, strategic communications, and coalition building to influence outcomes in the Oregon State Capitol and beyond. Over 20 years in public affairs, I’ve built a reputation for effective bipartisan collaboration—and for challenging groupthink to create smarter, more durable solutions.Since becoming a business owner, I’ve focused on more than just results for clients. I’ve invested deeply in my employees—their personal safety net, their professional development, and the kind of strong, values-driven culture that makes great work possible.Beyond the Capitol, I’m deeply civic-minded. I serve on the boards of Shangri-La, Garten Services, Cascade Capital, Salem City Club, and the Salem Chamber’s McLaran Foundation. Through these roles, I help make the Salem region an attractive place for investment and growth, create career pathways for local residents, and strengthen the community fabric that makes it a great place for young families to live and work.That same mission drives my support for nonprofits like Punx with Purpose, Boys & Girls Club, David’s Chair, and Believe in Your Community. My blue flame is helping create economic ladders for people with developmental or physical disabilities and for at-risk youth. Sometimes it’s simply about helping people see new possibilities already in front of them.
