My name is Ryan Butler and I am a managing partner at Coalition Properties Group (CPG). We are a Keller Williams International top 100 team, selling over 100M real estate a year covering the Washington DC Metro area.I am a DC resident for over 15 years, developing a deep knowledge of the market which has allowed my team to sell 600 homes since 2019.
