About Ryan King
I am an experienced solutions engineer with a specialty in open source on-premise infrastructure. My background is in traditional computer programming, but my career has lead me into hybrid roles where I\'ve had the opportunity to not only write software, but design and manage the deployment infrastructure.Working on small teams at small companies has created the need for heavy investment in automation to allow application developers to self manage their deployments. The automation technologies I\'m experienced in include Kubernetes with GitOps via Flux and Ansible with AWX. I\'ve extensively used Ansible to manage Linux servers, real and virtual, and a multi-AZ bare metal Kubernetes cluster. I\'ve written dozens of roles and plugins to provide a developer friendly UX.
