ABOUT RYAN CURRAN

Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence, and making sure that impact lasts in your absence\"I am committed to the belief that employees possess the capacity to be top performers. If we can remove \"interference\", it is possible to reach the point where performance equals capacity. My goal, regardless of role, industry, organization, or department is to consult and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement simple strategies and solutions that unlock individuals\' capacities. My career has taken me from the \"business\" side of sales where I designed and presented profit and assortment optimization models to key retail partners to a senior leader role in the contact center operation at TicketNetwork where, most importantly, I launched a BPO operation in Guatemala. Along my wonderful career journey, I became a manager of organizational development for a Fortune 500 company, led the sales training and coaching efforts for a large telecommunications company and instituted learning and development best practices to a mid-sized auto group making them one of the top-performing groups in the Northeast. One of my idols, golf icon Ben Hogan, said \"the answers are in the dirt\". What does this mean? You have to consistently work hard and put in maximum effort to achieve your goals. I can honestly say, and feel good about saying, that I have moved a lot of dirt!Specialties: Manager/leadership developmentSales enablementTraining and developmentPerformance managementCoaching and consultingLearning management system implementationProcess evaluationEmployee engagement survey analysis and interpretation
