Ryan Takeji Adams is a master’s student in Conflict Resolution at Georgetown University, focusing on the role of communications in conflict prevention and peacebuilding. He is originally from Orange County, California, and moved to Washington, D.C. after graduating magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, where he received his B.A. in Political Science and Social Policy.During his undergraduate career, Ryan was involved in numerous political campaigns and interned for the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Recently, he completed communication internships with Congressman Derek Tran (CA-45) and the House Committee on Veterans\' Affairs Democratic staff.
