Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HRIS and people analytics strategy aligned with organizational key objectives. • Key member of team responsible for the successful separation and launch of Mural Oncology. Led team to establish and design an HR infrastructure/department from scratch for the new company using UKG as the HRIS software.• Established people analytics within the HR team advancing Alkermes from basic to advanced reporting; created over 30 dashboards and over 300 insights. Created listening process to ensure all functions strategic needs are bubbled up and prioritized appropriately.• Support the management of employee compensation, performance, talent management, recruiting and benefits programs.• Led the successful implementation of a new applicant tracking system (ATS) at no additional license cost to the organization. Established listening program for new hires and key metrics for measuring recruiting effectiveness.• Successfully executed modernizing our talent strategies through implementation of a global Talent Management solution for talent reviews, succession planning and career development. Moved organization from siloed paper-based talent management to a focused discussion of our top talent.
