ABOUT RYAN S.

Hello, my name is Ryan Stieve and I am currently an Associate at Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP working in the Corporate Governance and Shareholder’s Rights, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Derivative litigation practices. I am admitted to practice in the state of Delaware, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. I worked as a Summer Associate with Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP in 2023 and was a Law Clerk with the firm part-time in my third year of law school, and full-time until I was admitted as a licensed attorney in December of 2024.In May of 2024, I graduated from St. John’s University School of Law. I obtained my Juris Doctorate and gained exposure to numerous areas of law and honed my legal skills to be a well-equipped attorney. While pursuing my degree, I was involved in various clubs and organizations such as holding the position of Executive Research Editor on the New York International Law Review, and being a member in the Corporate and Securities Law Society, the Real Property Law Society, and the International Law Society. In May of 2021, I graduated from SUNY Oneonta. I completed my studies to earn a bachelor of sciences degree in Business Economics with a concentration in Finance. While studying my degree at Oneonta, I was a varsity athlete on the Men’s lacrosse team all four years along with being a member of the marketing and finance clubs. I was selected to the all sunyac conference team my senior season and helped the clubs I was affiliated with in numerous day to day activities.
