I\'m an executive leader with 20+ years of experience building data-driven communities that leverage analytics and AI to deliver increasing business value. My career spans digital-native companies and highly regulated, mission-critical enterprises – shaping a leadership approach that blends speed and adaptability with strong governance and operational discipline.I\'ve worked at the intersection of business and technology in fast-moving environments including Amazon, Expedia and venture-backed startups. Partnering closely with senior business leaders, I\'ve translated growth objectives into scalable analytics and AI capabilities that accelerate learning, streamline operations, improve experiences and deliver measurable outcomes – including startup turnarounds with successful exits.I\'ve applied these same principles in regulated, asset-intensive organizations where trust, resilience and accountability are essential. There, my focus has been on unifying fragmented data landscapes, embedding analytics and AI into decisions, experiences and workflows, and evolving operating models that balance local autonomy with enterprise alignment – building capabilities that endure beyond individual initiatives.Across both contexts, my leadership philosophy is consistent. As organizations mature, the focus shifts from standing up new capabilities to embedding them into operating rhythms – so value compounds over time.Today, I contribute to and learn from the data, analytics and AI community through authoring, speaking, teaching, advising and board service. This path led me to build the Analytics & AI practice at Pivot Point Consulting and to found DataAscent, where we help organizations harness analytics and AI to drive lasting impact.    Serve as Board Chair of the Healthcare Data and Analytics Association (HDAA), a volunteer-led community of more than healthcare data, analytics and AI practitioners focused on accelerating healthcare data innovation to improve patient outcomes and lower costs through shared knowledge, collaboration and best practices. As a board member, I help guide strategy, governance and programs; advocate for initiatives that strengthen membership offerings across providers and payers; and support events and forums that help practitioners and leaders solve real healthcare challenges.
