I am jointly responsible for supporting the annual cycle of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), Plans, Testing and Reporting across the entire bank. I also provide oversight and governance to ensure good practice is followed within the bank, aligning to the BCI’s Good Practice Guidelines.Prior to Business Continuity I was a talented recruitment professional with over several years experience within the sector. Having an excellent track record of delivering results in a range of areas, which includes operational and resourcing strategies.
