   Serve as Data Governance Analyst part of Amway North America\'s Site Reliability & Cloud Engineering IT team managing the information flow between Amway North America’s eCommerce solution (SAP Hybris) and backend global finance ERP system (Oracle EBS)- Execute structural data quality governance of transactional enterprise data between systems by monitoring and reporting errors mainly in the Order-to-Cash reconciliation area. The main systems of focus include Hybris (Order), Red Prairie - Blue Yonder (Shipping/Inventory) and Oracle EBS (Finance). The main reconciliation tools used on a daily basis are Informatica, Oracle SQL, Grafana, Splunk, and Kibana- Drive advancements in monitoring, process improvement and alignment, and adoption of development best practices- Lead and oversee complex issue resolution in a cross-team environment, including developing alternate solutions to solve data issues- Provide business subject matter expertise to technical team members and accounting end-users- Part of rotation serving as Major Incident Manager and End of Month coordinator for Amway North America IT division with goal of maintaining a secure and stable platform to avoid any disruptions to the customer end-to-end experience and minimize negative financial impact to the company.
