About Ryan Hildebrand

At 14, I started in medicine, working with the Rural Metro Fire Department in the Boy Scout Explorer Program. It was quite an experience for a young man as I got to experience emergency medicine at a very young age. This experience set the foundation for my love of medicine and caring for others. From this experience in my life, I went on to become an EMT and eventually enlist in the U.S. Navy. I have had many roles; each has allowed me to work with and learn from excellent teams and leaders. During my time in the Navy, I have led teams in various sectors of military medicine to include primary care, emergency medicine, public health, shipboard medicine, quality assurance, military field medicine, population health, and clinical care. I measured my success in my career through the success of my team.In 15 of those 24 years, I served as an Independent Duty Corpsman (IDC) in the Navy. This position is equivalent to a Physician Assistant in the private sector. In this role, those who serve as IDC’s know it is one of the most challenging and rewarding career paths as a Corpsman. You are ultimately responsible for the care of your crew, all while serving as the administrator for the Medical Department. You are also often in charge of the Administration and Navigation Departments if assigned to a shipboard job. You are ultimately a jack of all trades and adaptable to the forever-changing situations in various environments that occur daily. My passion remains in helping people in their time of need so we can have a better tomorrow. I have done this by providing leadership to those I serve in the Navy and caring for our military members as their sole primary care manager. As a real estate agent, it is my responsibility to ensure I support my clients and customers throughout their home buying/selling journey. I do this through being available and informative about the transaction to help decrease the stress related to each transaction. I am a retired Navy veteran of 24 years as of March 2022. I joined First Weber Realtors in Racine and had the pleasure of helping many people find their first/next home.Currently I am working as a Logistics Analyst for Molson Coors Beverage Company and really enjoying the team that I get to work with every day throughout our network. You don\'t have to always remain in the field you started in. Variety in your life can sometimes lead to amazing opportunities. Take a leap and have fun.Gallup Strengths:Deliberative | Harmony | Relator | Responsibility | Restorative
