I function in a multi-faceted role covering Marketing, Creative, and Sales primarily, but also assist in internal operations * I developed, launched, and oversee a multidisciplinary B2B remote team that focuses on brand education, lead acquisition, sales, and customer support in strategic growth regions. Since the start of 2024, we have built to 21 reps, in over 24 states, and have doubled our book of active customers. We have added $400k in revenue in this time, mainly low average order amounts due to working direct to retail stores and have referred much more business to our distribution partners in addition to our direct sales.* Responsible for training, development, and staffing of a competent creative and marketing department. Since I joined, we went from 3 product lines to nearly 15 across 3 different brands. We lead branding, packaging, marketing, email marketing, social media, and all event aspects for those brands, while maintaining adherence to strict regulatory requirements. Have hired and managed up to 10 in house employees depending on company needs.* Have led company wide and division wide trainings, meetings, and quarterly assessments. Provide regular reporting to executive offices and assisted in establishing leadership agenda to open communication channels and keep all leadership members informed on the ongoings of the business.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement vendor programs and promotions, including joint marketing campaigns, vendor-sponsored events, and promotional incentives to drive traffic and sales.
