With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and over 10 years of experience in R&D, biologics, and process development, my expertise spans across upstream and downstream processes, scale-up, and clinical manufacturing. I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where my critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven mindset contribute to impactful outcomes.Previously, as Director of Process Development at Resilience (formerly Ology Bioservices), I led teams working on mAb programs, microbial fermentation, and vaccine technologies for U.S. government and commercial clients. I managed multi-million dollar projects, led a team of 40+ professionals, and oversaw late-stage characterization, CMC writing, and process development for clinical material generation. My leadership has been integral in delivering Phase 1, 2, and 3 clinical trial materials, including contributing to successful manufacturing and PPQ readiness for Phase 3 trials.I am passionate about harnessing the power of science and technology to create meaningful solutions that improve lives and advance global health.
