DETAILING & DOCUMENTATION• Shop drawings: Work with the design team to translate 2d and 3d conceptual renderings into constructible drawings.• Review, redline, and approve construction drawings from fabrication partners while maintaining the design intent of the project.• Interior architectural design and documentation for projects that require building renovation and modification.• Collaborate with the design team to provide design detailing and refinement to established concepts and design directionDESIGN & VISUALIZATION• Develop 3d models (Sketchup) for existing environments based on photographs and site surveys, as well as models for new construction based on architectural drawings.• Collaborate with the design team at the concept and schematic stages to design 3d displays and experiences.ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATION• For projects involving new construction, review all construction documents provided by the architectural design team and CM, and proactively identify areas of coordination• Redline and modify architectural drawings as needed to ensure the building meets the requires for Jack Porter’s installations• Conduct site visits during the construction phase to ensure the site conditions align with drawings and expectations
