   Rise Broadband (Jab wireless, Inc.) is the nation’s largest fixed wireless internet services provider, serving 200K+ suburban and rural customers across 16 states. Reporting to VP of Corporate Shared Services, I directed supply chain operation in 16 multi-site states. I negotiated and oversaw strategic partnerships and vendor relationships, built a buyer team, and managed 19 direct reports, including warehouse coordinators/managers and buyers. Position End Date: Feb 2021. Implemented shared services model across 83 locations spanning 16 states. Centralized and standardized procurement processes & fostered collaborative, cross-functional culture. Established a world-class fleet organization by instituting best practices and technology. Rightsized fleet from 475 to 324 trucks, SUVs, & sedans, calculated optimal replacement cycles, created driver policy, and negotiated partnerships with national fleet services, national upfitter, OEMs, and telematics providers.
