ABOUT RYAN BEACH

Ryan is a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Associate working with PwC in Vancouver. Working with clients across a wide range of sectors and in both the public and private domain, Ryan has gained experience planning and executing audit engagements under IFRS, ASPE, PCAOB, and US GAAP standards. In 2022, he was selected to spend six months working for PwC New York. During this period, Ryan gained exposure to larger US clients and honed his US GAAP knowledge. Outside of his assurance work, Ryan is extensively involved with representing PwC as part of the PwC Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, Ryan develops and leads recruiting events and reviews candidate applications. Ryan also led the 2023 summer intern program. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC’s Sauder School of Business. While at UBC Ryan was a member of the Varsity Rowing Team. During this time, he competed internationally and won four National Championships. After Graduating from UBC, Ryan served as President of the UBC Rowing Executive Committee. Outside PwC, Ryan volunteers with Junior Achievement and leads youth financial literacy classes. An avid outdoor enthusiast, on weekends you’ll find Ryan skiing, trail running, or biking in the sea to sky backcountry.
