As the Director of Customer Operations at Bandwidth and as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at WHS, I managed operations across 27 data centers, leading engineers and technicians to deliver exceptional service, resolve complex customer challenges, and elevate satisfaction through initiatives like the Net Promoter Program.Earlier in my career, I served as a QMS and Project Manager at AT & T GSI, where I directed engineering teams, maintained quality management systems, and ensured excellence in the design, fabrication, and delivery of complex technical projects through internal audits and process improvements.My professional foundation began with nine years in the U.S. Naval Submarine Force, where I served as a Sonar Technician aboard the USS Tennessee and USS Hampton.
