Deliver the mission and vision of the YMCA for Clay, Putnam, and Vigo Counties; oversee three facility branches and operation of Forest Park outdoor community pool.Key Accomplishments:o Facilitated a strategic partnership and lease agreement with the City of Greencastle and the Putnam County Hospital that led to constructing a $28 million, sq ft YMCA that opened in March 2025.o Create and manage a $3.6 million yearly operating budget including supervision of 15 full-time and 230 part-time employees.o Partnered with the City of Terre Haute and Wabash Valley Community Foundation to secure funding for a $15 million facility expansion and renovation project for the YMCA in Terre Haute.o Took over and turned around a YMCA association operating with a operating loss and made it profitable within the first 18 months of being hired. o Launched a financial management partnership with YMCA of Muncie that resulted in the YMCA being able to see and make financial decisions in real time. Partnership has since evolved into a multi-YMCA shared service agreement managed by the Indiana Alliance of YMCAs. o Navigated YMCA operations through the Covid-19 pandemic while maintaining a strong balance sheet.o Transitioned the Clay County YMCA to operating 24/7 in 2021.o Created and completed multiple strategic business plans.o Created a partnership with three other nonprofits to provide before and after school childcare services for Vigo County School Corporation students.o Negotiated multiple lease agreements with municipalities that allows the YMCA to address community needs.o Organized and raised money for multiple capital campaigns including money raised to construct new and to renovate existing facilities.o Started and raised over for endowment funds.o Multiple years of successful annual campaigns and fundraising events.o Oversaw the delivery of meals to children in Clay and Putnam Counties in 2024 through youth food programs.
