Conducted analysis of procurement pathways, highlighting potential opportunities and identifying emerging trends.* Helped craft a pilot program framework for a major city DOT by researching best practices and reviewing policies to support modification of existing policies and implementation of new ones. The framework created an identification system for suitable project types, standardized intake and evaluation processes, and defined pre-implementation roles.
