I regularly step in to negotiate large contracts and key service agreements-Program Development: Spearhead the creation and refinement of internal programs and sales tools, such as the Agent Program Selector, ensuring that our offerings are compelling, clearly differentiated, and easy for reps to communicate-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the operations, legal, finance, and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery, risk mitigation, contract enforcement and policy alignment across all client engagements-Competitive Intelligence & Market Positioning: Continuously monitor competitors, analyze customer movement trends, and ensure our offerings are well-positioned in terms of price, service, and scalability-Leadership: Mentor sales talent, lead executive briefings, and serve as a key representative of Payco’s brand in strategic conversations.
