Support the project team in delivering project objectives in line with the Project Plan.• Monitor and actively engage with Health, Safety and Wellbeing standards at all stages of the project.• Prepare and modify project plans, ensuring documents remain updated, accurate and relevant throughout delivery.• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain robust quality systems in line with Service Excellence.• Attend and record meetings, providing stakeholders with contextual information and analysis, including through regular site walks.• Partner with stakeholders and contribute to risk management and mitigation activities.• Track project changes and ensure all updates are processed and formalised within agreed timeframes.• Assist in preparing handover documentation prior to project completion.• Understand business priorities across Construction to Production, Digital & Data, and Responsible Business.• Support the project and programme management team with activities related to external and third-party client appointments.• Conduct research, analysis and record-keeping to provide accurate information for project management operations.• Identify solutions to issues that are defined but require problem-solving to resolve.• Contribute to net-zero carbon transition goals by supporting carbon emission identification and reduction during project delivery.
