New Perspective Senior Living (and its affiliates “NPSL”) is a leader in the development, investment, and operations of senior living communities in the Midwest. Its portfolio of 24 communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and North Dakota provide best in class service allowing seniors to Live Life On Purpose through its 4-Pillars programing which include: Physical Fitness, Brain Fitness, Social/Spiritual involvement, and the Dining Experience. He received his bachelor of arts in 1998 and subsequently became a partner in New Perspective Senior Living, an elder-residence community founded by his brother Todd. At the same time, Ryan Novaczyk accepted an analyst position with Piper Jaffray and Deephaven Capital Management, the latter of which promoted him to the role of vice president within its software portfolio. Ryan Novaczyk then relocated to New York City to take on a similar position with the Galleon Group. After two years, he returned to Minnesota and began full-time service as New Perspective\'s president and chief financial officer (CFO). He has since financed multiple new developments, and now oversees 22 communities across four states.A member of the Operator Advisory Board and Data Analytics Committee for the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC), Ryan Novaczyk maintains active affiliation with professional organizations, including the American Seniors Housing Association and the North Dakota Long Term Care Association. In September 2017, he received the honor of inclusion in LeadingAge Minnesota\'s 2017 50 for the Next 50, which acknowledges those industry leaders who are advancing services that empower older adults and advocate for engaged living among Minnesota seniors.
