I enjoyed transforming complex institutional requirements into accessible pathways for underrepresented students navigating the transfer process- Guided 20 community college students through individualized transfer advising, helping them craft compelling personal insight questions that resulted in successful university admissions for 100% of participating students- Designed and delivered programming for 200+ underrepresented students across specialized Summer Intensive Transfer Experiences (SITEs) including Non-Traditional Student and Black Scholars cohorts, resulting in 100+ positive reports of expressed higher education pursuit- Created inclusive informational experiences combining presentations, campus tours, and inquiry panels that addressed diverse student needs and backgrounds
