Our mission is \"Improving The Quality Of Life For Those We Serve\" and work hard to fulfill on the mission for our clients, our caregivers and each other every day. Every patient is assessed by a professional nurse who then creates a detailed, individualized plan of care for the caregivers to follow when providing care in the home. Re-assessment is conducted routinely to ensure that the plan of care is updated as the client\'s condition improves or changes. Right at Home of Chattanooga believes that communication is the key to successful home care and we strive to remain in touch with our client-caregiver teams so that we can continue to provide the utmost in quality of care and customer service.
