My name is Ryan Tinetti, and I am a highly motivated Experience Industry Management major with a concentration in Sport and Recreation Management at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I have an immense passion for developing impactful, well-executed experiences that bring people together in unifying ways. I have honed my abilities in leadership, organization, and high-stress situations through hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and large-scale event operations. I am the Secretary of the Rho Phi Lambda EIM Honors Society, which involves leading executive operations, coordinating our department\'s annual Career Fair, and participating in various networking events, all of which have helped me develop professionalism and effective communication techniques. My academic concentrations in experience design, sport marketing, leadership, along with my community service at the Special Olympics, reflect my dedication to creating inclusive, impactful experiences that have lasting effects.

   I am currently working as a catering operations employee, which involves handling all aspects related to wedding events and private events, ensuring that all food services are provided efficiently to ensure that all guests leave with a smile on their faces. In this capacity, I am on a team responsible for handling events that involve 250 or more people, which requires me to be efficient and detail-oriented every step of the way. In fast-paced and high-pressure environments, it requires me to maintain a clean, organized, and professional atmosphere while ensuring timely food delivery and setup.
