Our team includes dedicated account managers and solution architects and engineers who help customers choose the right technology products and services to best meet their individual needs. We also offer expertise in designing customized solutions and assisting customers with the implementation and long-term management of those solutions such as virtualization, collaboration, security, mobility, data center optimazation, and cloud computing. As an executive account manager at CDW, I acquire, develop, and maintain K-12 education accounts in the Pacific Region (Alaska, Arizona, California, and Hawaii). As a proven sales leader at CDW, I also help to mentor and coach new account managers in their development within the company. In addition to being an executive account manager at CDW, I also help to manage the National ERATE program for our K-12 education division. This federal program helps K-12 organizations acquire the technology and services necessary to provide internet access to all students and faculty.
