With over 15 years of experience in the multifamily finance industry, I have had the privilege of working on nearly $700 million in multifamily financing and screening over $4 billion in loan requests. My expertise spans the full lifecycle of multifamily loans, from analyzing debt requests and sourcing clients to assisting in underwriting and closing loans. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in both primary and master servicing, as well as special servicing.Throughout my career, I’ve gained in-depth knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac products, which has been central to my work. Whether working independently or leading a team of 5 to 10 associates, I’ve consistently delivered results while ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and attention to detail.
